CSA’s
sake tasting class provides an introduction
to different types of sake and how they
acquire their different flavors. You
will learn how sake is made, its cultural
significance, and how it is best stored
and served. This class is for anyone—sake
lovers, wine connoisseurs who are curious
about sake, even those who have some
knowledge of sake already.
